Where will your business be a year from now?

Sure, your customers are happy + sales are good(-ish).

But, the reality is:

You’re doing more and more to keep
the whole company afloat.

And that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach?

The one you get rushing from emergency to emergency while you spend every single day (not to mention nights and weekends) trying to do everything yourself…

Well, let’s just say it isn’t seasickness you’re experiencing.

It’s the realization that YOU’RE the bottleneck to
more growth, more freedom + more impact
in your business.

What you’d really like is more spaciousness and freedom from the business altogether.

You’d like to be able to step away or take a vacation—even for just a few days—without worrying the whole thing will sink if you’re not constantly at the helm.

Like Jan who took his family on an extended vacation to Europe, Asia, and throughout North America.

“There’s never a reason NOT to Clockwork your business—the only limitations are in your head.”

Like Shay, who has reduced her work day by almost half!

“This program exceeded my expectations. I have stopped working 9-13 hour days, I now work approximately 6 hours a day but I’m working on more fulfilling tasks that are moving the business forward.”

The only way to truly achieve your vision (without burning yourself out in the process) is to ensure…

Your business is built in a way that
it can run without YOU.

Dare I say, built to run like clockwork.

Imagine what life looks like when…

🛟 Your business is streamlined and runs like a well-oiled machine by a highly efficient team aligned with your objectives and values

🛟 Maybe you have the space to dream up and start another business you’re truly passionate about

🛟 Or you step back from the day-to-day to write that New York Times bestseller you’ve always dreamed about

Or what about this?

Having a quarter of a million dollar launch
while YOU (the owner of the business)
are out on parental leave!?!

Adrienne Dorison and her husband holding their daughter, Cora. Their other daughter Kit makes a "cheese face" in the foreground.

Hi, I’m Adrienne.

And that last part is MY story.

For most of 2018, I pushed off the idea of starting a family.

Yes, even after spending 10+ years mastering operational efficiency, systems, team, and LEAN thinking…

It still felt downright scary to throw pregnancy into the mix.

That’s when I realized it was the perfect opportunity to run the 4-Week Vacation litmus test* on my own business—a luxury that not every female business owner has—and take a real maternity leave.

For six weeks in 2020, I fully unplugged from the day-to-day of my business to welcome my first daughter Kit into the world. Then slowly weened back in over the next four months.

The best part?

When I came back most of our clients were like, “Oh, Adrienne! I hope it was great. We didn’t even really notice you were gone.”

That was the absolute best thing I could hear though, right?

When I was away from my business the team continued to operate.

They continued to…

✅ Serve our clients well
✅ Make sales consistently
✅ Pay the bills and make payroll

Heck! They even successfully hired a new team member from start to finish without me.

So it was easier when I stepped away from the business again in 2022 for the birth of my second daughter, Cora.

Except for this time…

The team went on to have
a quarter of a million dollar launch
while I was entirely unplugged

(And, yes, I’m talking profit!)
